Our postage costs are outlined below:
- $12 flat rate Standard shipping throughout Australia
- $17 flat rate Express shipping throughout Australia
For international shipping, please email us your country and postcode, we can check and let you know the shipping cost and delivery time.
All items are shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers unless noted in our listing.
We take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We offer pickup for Melbourne customers from our designated pick up location in Sanctuary Lakes Shipping Centre, Point Cook VIC 3030. When your order is ready you will receive an email or text message for pickup time. Alternatively, feel free to reach out at craftexplorer.au@gmail.com to arrange your preferred pickup time.
